Our tenancy relations service provides specialist advice on the rights and responsibilities of private tenants, landlords and agents.
We aim to prevent homelessness and investigate allegations of harassment and illegal evictions.
We can help you if your landlord or letting agent:
- is harassing you to leave your home
- has locked you out of your house
- is increasing your rent
