Report disrepair or other housing issue

Your landlord is responsible for most major repairs in your rented home.

You must report repairs or other housing issues to your landlord or agent before contacting us.

If your landlord has threatened you or been violent, report it to us straightaway, not to them.

If your landlord or their managing agent does not respond or take action to fix the problem, report it to us.

If your landlord is a housing association operating as a registered social landlord you'll need to report any issues to them.
