Urgent referrals

Referrals are responded to based on their level of urgency and risk.

If you're concerned that the person you're referring would be at significant risk if not supported within:

• 48 hours contact the @home service call 020 3049 5751 for an urgent community response

• 14 days select the 'priority referral' on the referral form

They can provide an urgent community response. Call them on 020 3049 5751.
