If you're 65 or older, or an adult with dementia or physical disabilities, our older people and physical disabilities team may be able to support you.

Before you contact us
We work closely with the community and voluntary sector to provide advice, information and support to help people remain independent and well.
We recommend first contacting Age UK Lewisham and Southwark if the person being referred is:

over 60 years old
-
not currently receiving care support from Southwark Council
-
would like to remain as independent in the community as possible
