To request daily care support for yourself or someone else complete our online referral form.

Call us 020 7525 3324 if you:

• need urgent support (within 48 hours)
• would like advice
• would like to be connected to a local community service
• are unable to complete a referral online

Find out what to do if an adult is experiencing, or at risk of, neglect or abuse. 

In an emergency always call 999.

Most adult social care services are means tested. If you want to find out what you will have to contribute to your care, you can use our contribution calculator.

Urgent referrals

Referrals are responded to based on their level of urgency and risk.

If you're concerned that the person you're referring would be at significant risk if not supported within:

• 48 hours, contact the @home service call 020 3049 5751 for an urgent community response

• 14 days, select the 'priority referral' on the referral form

If you're providing a caring role for a family member or friend you may be able to get support.
