On-street permit

Find out about resident parking permits for the zone you live in and what you'll need to apply or renew.

Most Southwark residents are eligible for a resident or estate parking permit

Some new and converted properties have planning restrictions that make them car free. You cannot buy a parking permit if you have one of these properties.

Check the online planning register to find out if this affects you.

You can park in:

  • permit bays in your controlled parking zone (CPZ)
  • shared use bays in your CPZ

Our system will find your CPZ using your address. To view CPZs in Southwark, see our parking zone map.
