Buy visitor's parking permits if you live within a controlled parking zone.
Each paper permit is valid for one vehicle and for one date only. You'll need to scratch the day, date, and month off the permit when you use it. You must also write the vehicle registration number in ink on the permit.
You must ensure the permit is clearly displayed and easily seen from the footpath (you'll find instructions on the reverse of the permit).
You only need a visitor's permit if you're parking within a controlled parking zone (CPZ) during the hours when restrictions are in force. Check the parking signs for times and days.
We cannot replace booklets that get lost in the post.
Paper permits cost:
Purchasing paper permits works on a 12 month cycle. You'll get the first book of 10 permits at the discounted price. Any further books of 10 permits you buy in the following 12 months are charged at the full price. When a year has passed from the time you bought the first book, the cycle restarts and the next book you buy will be at the discounted price.
You can pay for paper booklet permits online by logging into your parking account.
