Disabled Person’s Freedom Pass – Renewal Programme for Passes expiring March 2025.

Apply for the Disabled Person's Freedom Pass - renewal form 2025

You should only complete a renewal form, if:

• The Council has written to you and asked you to do so
• You have been advised by the Freedom Pass team/London Councils to do so
• Your oyster card that your Freedom Pass has been issued on, expires on 31 March 2025

The Council can only order you a new Freedom Pass, once it has confirmed that you are still eligible for the scheme.
