Our parking permit system has changed

We have upgraded our online parking permit system to help you make the most out of our online parking permit services. 

Access the new system

All relevant links on our webpages should now take you to the new system. You can also use the link below.

The new system may require you to provide proof of residency or documentary evidence to prove the fuel type of your vehicle.

Current parking permit holders

If you already have an on-street or estate residential permit, or visitor vouchers your permits will remain valid.

You do not need to register or create a new account. We'll create an account for you so you can access your permits in the new system.

Your account will be linked to your existing email address. Current permit holders, when you first log in to the new system you must reset your password by selecting ‘forgot your password’.

Once logged in, you'll be able to update your existing permits if you need to. For example, changing your vehicle details.
