Planning performance agreement service

At your initial meeting we'll discuss if our PPA service would be appropriate for your application. If it is then we will:

• make an assessment of the resources required to support your application
• agree the total charges, timescales, outcomes and who handles different tasks 
• prepare a contract for both parties to sign
• make sure future meetings follow the agreed PPA contract: they can change only if we agree

Using the PPA service does not guarantee that an application will get approval. However, PPA gives your application the best chance of approval.
