Discuss your project ideas with a planning officer so that you can resolve any planning policy or design issues before you submit your application.

Apply by email
Once we get your application, we will send you a confirmation email. It will include a link to pay online. Note that we do not take payments by phone. You can make payment by debit or credit card, but we do not accept American Express. View our pre-application advice service charges.
We recommend that you apply by email:

- email us your application to preapplicationadvice@southwark.gov.uk
