Your case officer will assess your project. They will do so as they would a planning application. They will prepare a detailed letter or report. They'll base it on the information you provide. It will also cover matters raised during any meetings or site visits.
If you submit an application for planning permission, your pre-application letter or report will inform the assessment. Follow the guidance in the pre-application letter or report. Remember that your planning application will be subject to public consultation. If the scheme is complex, our planning committee might make the decision.
