If reports of antisocial behaviour go unanswered, residents can use the Community Trigger to demand action.
If you've reported 3 or more incidents of antisocial behaviour in 6 months, you can ask for a Community Trigger.
You can also:
- write to Southwark Anti Social Behaviour Unit, 160 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QH
- call the antisocial behaviour hotline on 020 7525 5777
Once you've asked for a Community Trigger a member of the Anti Social Behaviour Unit will contact you to discuss your application. This may involve holding a multi-agency meeting to look at all aspects of your case.
We will appoint a case officer. They will keep you updated.
