HIV help and advice
If you’re concerned you’ve been exposed to the HIV virus, please contact a local sexual health clinic. They can test for HIV. You will need to be treated within 72 hours of exposure, ideally within the first 24 hours.
You can also order a free STI testing kit from Sexual Health London, which will be delivered discreetly to your home.
Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP)
PrEP is a drug taken by HIV-negative people before and after sex that reduces the risk of getting HIV.
PrEP is available free from local sexual health clinics.
