Have fun and exercise safely whilst learning a new Zumba® dance or Pilates exercise. Choose our new Kundalini yoga course and explore the benefits of yoga practice to both physical and mental wellbeing or learn more about basic ballet technique combined with artistry on our Ballet Beginners course.
Fitness and dance can help with sleep, relaxation, wellbeing and confidence, and can improve levels of stamina, strength, balance skills, mobility and flexibility. It can also support other areas of your life and has great benefits to memory function.
We have a range of courses to suit all levels of fitness and experience, from absolute beginners to the more advanced practitioners. We also support you in trying new courses that can help change or improve your lifestyle, such as our Introduction to Massage Technique which could be useful for support workers or carers.
