Soaring: Performance and Poetry
Join us for Soaring, an evening of poetry and performance to celebrate the final week of Christina Kimeze: Between Wood and Wheel.

Date
to
Artists Victoria Adukwei Bulley, MA.MOYO and Chloe Filani will share work against the backdrop of Christina Kimeze’s paintings in the main gallery.
There will also be a reading of January Gill O’Neil’s Night at the Roller Palace, which inspired the title of the exhibition.
Originally inspired by the resurgence of roller skating in Black communities, Kimeze’s new paintings explore ideas of freedom, flight and escape, particularly from a female perspective.
