These free sessions run on the third Monday of every month, excluding bank holidays. These sessions are term-time only.

Never read a book by a transgender author before? Or have one you’d love to share? This LGBT History Month, come to the library for a friendly discovery and sharing session on trans authors like Alison Rumfitt, Roz Kaveney, and Travis Alabanza.

Attendees at the South London Gallery will be invited to socialise and grab a drink together in the café afterwards. The tour is free but booking is essential. The tour will last for approximately one hour and there will be an opportunity afterwards for discussion of the exhibition in our café, South London Louie. CLOTHES SWAP 350,000 tonnes, that’s around £140 million worth of used but still wearable clothing goes to landfill in the UK every year and its a bigger problem around Christmas as we have so many more events to go to and places to dress up. There are lots of way to be part of the circular economy. Only together can we make a difference.
