Hazardous, clinical and electrical waste

You can safely take the following items to the Southwark Reuse and Recycling Centre (the tip):

• car batteries and household batteries
• computers and related equipment
• engine oil and central heating oil
• mobile phones
• pesticides
• televisions

Gas cylinders for heaters can usually be recycled by returning them to the shop you bought them from.
