Bin service for flats and estates

If you're hiring bins from us, but want to buy your own bins you can end your contract by giving us at least 4 weeks’ notice.

If you stop managing a residential property you should:

• tell us immediately
• provide details of the new managing agent 

If you do not let us know you’ll still be legally responsible for the bills.
