Overview

The Freedom of Information (FOI) Act gives you the right to access our information. We must:

publish certain information
respond to requests for information within 20 working days

This includes:

printed documents
computer files
letters
emails
photographs
sound or video recordings

It does not cover opinions or recollections unless they've been recorded.

You cannot request personal information using the FOI. Use a data subject request instead.
