How you will get your rating
Businesses will get a letter 14 days after a food hygiene inspection telling them their rating.
Depending on the type of business, they will also get a sticker to show on the premises.
Ratings are shown on the Food Standards Agency website. If your rating is 5 (very good), it will be published immediately. If it is lower than 5, it will not be published until the end of a 21-day appeal period.
