Gambling premises licence

You need a gambling premises licence if you want to run:

• adult gaming centres
• betting shops
• betting tracks
• bingo halls
• family entertainment centres

We cannot accept any new applications for casinos

Before you apply

To apply for a gambling premises licence you must:

• be 18 years old or over
• have permission to apply if doing so for a company or partnership
• already have a gambling operator’s licence from the Gambling Commission or you have applied for one
