You can report a trading standards issue to Citizens Advice. They will provide you with advice and pass your information on to us. We cannot investigate every complaint or give consumer advice. We use the information to help us make sure local businesses are following the rules.

Contact Southwark’s tenancy relations service for advice on private sector landlord, lettings and tenancy issues.
To seek redress from a property agent, landlords and tenants can complain to a government approved redress scheme.
