Report a child at risk

We may not be able to offer help to families if they do not want support from us.

Before mentioning MASH you should talk to the child's parents about your concerns. 

You must have their consent (permission) before you can make a referral.

We may share information with other professionals like schools and health visitors. 

We cannot share their personal information without their permission.

You do not have to get consent if it would put the child more at risk.
