Culture Together grants fund
A fund for projects to make our culture sector more inclusive and sustainable
Contents
Monitoring and evaluation
You will be assigned a grant monitoring officer to oversee your project’s progress.
Baseline report
Once funding is awarded, you must submit a baseline report outlining your project's expected outputs and outcomes. For example, the:
- number of workshops planned
- expected audience size
- intended impact
Evaluation
When the project is finished, you must submit an evaluation summarising:
- how the funds were used
- who benefitted
- the outcomes achieved
We provide standard reporting forms. You can also share information in other formats like images and film.
The more information you can share on who benefits from your project and where you're reaching them, the better we can tailor the programme in future and understand the fund’s impact.
Midpoint update
Based on your grant size and the length of the project, we may ask for a midpoint update.
We'll also ask for demographic data and details on who benefits from the grant.
Environmental impact
If you receive a big grant, you must also use Julie’s Bicycle Creative Climate Tools to track the environmental impact of your project.
