How to get your refund
We’ve already credited current tenants’ rent accounts with the amount of their refund.
If you're a former tenant and no longer in a Southwark property, and you haven’t yet received a refund, request a water bill refund of overpaid charges.
You can claim the refund if you’re a former Southwark council tenant or their next of kin or representative.
You must provide a proof of tenancy (rent reference number) and proof of ID.
Any debts on your rent, repairs, court costs and debts from a previous tenancy will be deducted from the refund.
We can only make 1 refund for each property.
The refund will be made to the person recorded as the lead tenant.
