Water bill refund

We manage billing and collection of water bills on behalf of Thames Water. 

Thames Water took us to court and we were found to have overcharged tenants for their water bill. 

We’re now paying this money back. 

You may be entitled to a refund on your water bill if you were a Southwark council tenant, or living in temporary accommodation, between 1 April 2001 and 28 July 2013.
