Communal entrance door keys, fobs and car park remotes

We only issue keys, fobs, and car park key remotes for communal entry doors and car park access, not for individual doors to dwellings.

You can order new communal access (ASSA) keys, entry fobs and car park key remotes online and have them delivered if:

• you're a council tenant, leaseholder or freeholder on one of our estates (or with their permission)
• you’ve lost your key or fob
• you lost your car park key remote (for Blossom Court)
• your key or fob is faulty
• you need to order extras for members of your household (maximum of 4 allowed)

You'll need to contact your management team directly if you live at:

• Applegarth House
• Browning, Cooper Close
• Falcon Point
• Haddonhall
• Leathermarket
• Styles House
• Two Towers 
• Willowbrook

Check what to do if a worker needs to access a communal area, for example to read your meter or install broadband.

Cost

• faulty key or fob replacements are free
• additional ASSA keys are £29 each
• additional entry fobs are £28 each
• car park key remote (Blossom Court) are £55.94 each

When you place an order, we’ll need the:

• 10-digit rent or service charge number
• date of birth of the tenant or leaseholder

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Once you place your order we'll email you confirmation and arrange delivery.

You'll get a replacement within 1 to 2 weeks. We only deliver to registered addresses.
