Everyone should have the chance to live in a decent, affordable home.
When supporting you with a planned move our team will always be focused on:
- preventing homelessness
- keeping your current arrangements in place
Get help and advice as soon as you think you’re at risk of losing your home.
Looking for help early will give us more time to prevent you from becoming homeless or to help you find somewhere else to live.
If you cannot stay in your home, you must make every effort to work with us as we find support for you.
Help we can offer
If you choose to stay in your current home, we can help you resolve issues such as:
- problems with a private landlord
- antisocial behaviour
- repairs
- help with empty properties
- energy efficiency
- mortgage problems
- renting problems

- Monday and Tuesday, 9am to 4pm
- Wednesday, 10am to 4pm
- Thursday and Friday, 9am to 4pm

Prepare for the call
It’s a good idea to have certain documents ready when you call us, like:
- proof of identity, like your passport or immigration status
- proof of homelessness, like a notice from your landlord
- any relevant information, such as medical information
