Annual service charge

About the services we provide for leaseholders and freeholders who pay us a service charge. Calculating costs. How to pay. Query your actual service charge calculation.

When to pay

Leaseholders

We send you a reasonable estimate of how much we expect your service charge to be before the start of the financial year.

You should pay these estimated charges in advance on 1 April, 1 July, 1 October and 1 January.

Alternatively, you can pay in 12 monthly instalments from April to March.

After the end of the financial year, we prepare our final accounts. These show what was actually spent on the services we provided.

If we have overestimated the charges you'll receive a credit on your account.

If we've underestimated the charges you'll receive an invoice for any extra charges.

Freeholders

We do not send estimated charges to freeholders.

We send you an invoice after the end of our financial year, once we've worked out actual charges.

Check when you need to pay on the invoice.

Your service charges are defined by your lease and housing law.
