Communal entrance door keys and fobs

We only issue keys and fobs for communal entry doors, not for your home doors.

You can order new communal access (ASSA) keys and entry fobs online and have them delivered if:

• you're a council tenant, leaseholder or freeholder on one of our estates (or with their permission)
• you’ve lost your key
• your key is faulty
• you need to order extras for members of your household (maximum of 4 allowed)

You'll need to contact your management team directly if you live at:

• Applegarth House
• Browning, Cooper Close
• Falcon Point
• Haddonhall
• Leathermarket
• Styles House
• Two Towers 
• Willowbrook

Check what to do if a worker needs to access a communal area, for example to read your meter, or install broadband.

Cost

• faulty key or fob replacements are free
• additional ASSA keys are £27.00 each
• additional entry fobs are £26.00 each

When you place an order, we’ll need the:

• 10-digit rent or service charge number
• date of birth of the tenant or leaseholder

We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Once you place your order we'll email you confirmation and arrange delivery.

You'll get a replacement within 1 to 2 weeks. We only deliver to registered addresses.
