Join an estate inspection

Our teams make sure the buildings and estate you live in are clean, tidy and well looked after. 

It’s everyone’s responsibility to keep their surroundings clean and safe.

If you dump rubbish on pavements, roads or estates and if our enforcement team finds evidence, you will get a fine.

You should not: 

• put rubbish in the wrong containers, bin chute or bin store
• leave belongings or rubbish in communal areas, including landings and corridors
• drop litter
• let dogs poo in outside areas, including gardens and pathways
• fly-tip as it's illegal to dump waste 

We ask that you:

• clean up any mess or spillages
• make sure all fire and security doors are closed
• pick up dog mess
