Our cleaners provide a rapid response service to:

• unblock rubbish chutes
• take away dumped rubbish 
• remove graffiti
• remove fly posting
• clear snow and ice and lay grit

Every day, our cleaning teams will:

• pick up litter, remove fly-tipped rubbish and clean spillages in communal areas inside blocks
• sweep, mop and clean lifts
• litter pick and remove dog poo
• get rid of waste from outside communal areas
• put dumped rubbish in domestic waste bins in bin rooms
• rotate waste bins to make sure empty bins are below chutes
• sweep bin room floors
• check for blocked chutes and report any blockages
• remove litter and fly-tipped waste from recycling areas up to a surrounding area of 5 metres
• empty litter bins

• sweep and mop internal communal areas other than lifts

• sweep external balconies 
• wash or mop any spillages of bodily fluids and animal poo
• clear dirt and waste from drains
• empty dog waste bins

• remove fly-tipped waste and other litter from block entrance canopies and roofs to a height or 4m or less above ground level
• clean block entry doors and screens
• clean internal fixtures and fittings

• power wash walls and floors of bin rooms and bin chambers

• wash dog waste bins
• wash walls and ceilings of internal communal areas
• polish internal vinyl flooring
• clean communal windows, excluding the outside of windows on the first floor and above 

• wash litter bins
• clean external fixtures and fittings
