Looking after your estates

It’s everyone’s responsibility to keep their surroundings clean and safe.

You'll be fined if you're found dumping rubbish on pavements, roads or estates.

You should not: 

• put rubbish in the wrong containers, bin chute or bin store
• leave belongings or rubbish in communal areas, including landings and corridors
• drop litter
• let dogs poo in outside areas, including gardens and pathways
• fly-tip as it's illegal to dump waste 

We ask that you:

• clean up any mess or spillages
• make sure all fire and security doors are closed
• pick up dog mess
