Gold Standard Charter

The Gold Standard Charter (GSC) is a voluntary scheme that rewards private landlords and managing agents who provide a professional level of service and good practice to their tenants.

Members:

• are listed on our Gold Standard Charter register
• get a discount on their property licence

They can be removed from the scheme if they're reported for not meeting the standards.
