Book keys if an engineer needs to access your building’s boiler house, lift motor room, plant room, electrical cupboard, or roof area.
Only the approved contractor can collect the key.
We'll need to see their company photo ID before handing over the keys or fob.
We'll never authorise a resident to collect the keys.
We can fine the company if their workers do not keys on time.
The key can be collected by the engineer
from 9.15am and must be returned by 4.45pm (the latest collection time is 3pm) on the same day.
We only issue keys Monday to Friday within these times.
Once confirmed we'll reply with a confirmation email including the collection address.
