An Article 4 direction allows us to withdraw some permitted development rights in a specified area.
Croxted Road and Norwood Road communications equipment
You must apply for planning permission to if you want to carry out development described by Part 16 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended). This applies to land on the corner of Croxted Road and Norwood Road in SE24 as shown in the map that accompanies the Article 4 Direction.
