Call for sites

We are carrying out a call for sites to help us prepare our Local Plan.

We would like to hear from:

• residents
• businesses
• developers
• landowners

The call for sites process allows you to tell us about potential development sites in the borough. These could be vacant or under-used sites. We will assess your suggestions to see if they are suitable for site allocation for future land use or development in our Local Plan. This includes land for new housing.

The consultation portal is open from Wednesday 18 December 2024 to Wednesday 2 April 2025.
