Call for sites

We will assess all submitted sites against the guidelines in:

• the National Planning Policy Framework
• Planning Practice Guidance
• the London Plan (2021)

This will help us to identify sites to include in our Local Plan. We will publish our assessment in the evidence base for our Local Plan.

You will be able to comment on site allocations in the public consultation phase.

Sites identified in the Local Plan may not receive planning permission. Proposals will still undergo detailed review. This considers the development plan and other factors.
