Bin collections

We'll only collect your bin if:

• it's out by 6am on your collection day (unless you have a timed collection)
• the lid is shut
• it can be seen and accessed at the front of your property
• it's on your property boundary, not on the pavement (unless you're in the Walworth Road and Rye Lane areas and get a timed collection)

We may not collect your bin if it's:

• too heavy
• overflowing and the lid will not close
• contaminated with the wrong items
