Check your bin day, what we will and will not collect, report a missed bin collection or abandoned bin. Order a new bin or recycling bags.

Report abandoned bins
Report a bin that's no longer in use or is causing an obstruction. Make sure you include:
- the location
- the type of bin
- whether it's overflowing
- any other problems it's causing
We'll investigate each complaint to see what action can be taken. This might result in the bin being removed, or being returned to its user.
