Complaints and feedback

We do not handle all types of complaints in the same way.

Read how to complain about:

• a planning decision
• a parking fine or parking charge notice (PCN)
• a secondary school admission
• Council Tax 
• Housing Benefit and Council Tax reductions 
• business rates 
• children’s social care
• adult social care

All other complaints to Southwark Council are handled using the corporate complaints procedure.

If you need to complain about a school or a member of school staff, contact the headteacher. If you're still unhappy, complain to the school's governing body.
