Our social housing stock data is published at postal sector level. It is based on the most recent full stock valuation, done on 31 March 2022:

• Social housing valuation data March 2022 (XLSX, 45KB)

This data shows the market value of social housing assets in the Housing Revenue Account. These valuations may differ greatly from the sale value of homes sold under Right To Buy, as a discount will apply.
