Order bins or recycling bags
You can request a replacement wheelie bin or extra recycling bags.
You cannot request a different type of bin or bag service than the one you currently have. For example, if you get recycling bags, we will not replace them with blue wheelie bins.
Most deliveries are within 10 days. However, during periods of high demand, there may be longer delays. From April to June, it may take 2 or 3 weeks.
