Change or transfer a premises licence
Make a change to a premises licence or transfer to an existing premises licence.
Make minor changes to a premises licence
You can apply for a minor change to your existing premises licence if you:
- plan to make minor alterations to the internal layout of the premises only
- want to remove any conditions from the licence
Apply for a minor variation to a premises licence
Advertising the licence application
You must display a public notice on the premises for 14 days after you’ve completed your application. This has to be printed on A4 white paper.
