Change or transfer a premises licence

Make a change to a premises licence or transfer to an existing premises licence.

Change the designated premises supervisor (DPS)

If the designated premises supervisor (DPS) at your licensed premises changes, someone else must become the new DPS.

It's the responsibility of the licence holder to arrange this, not the previous DPS.

The proposed DPS must sign a consent form to accompany the application. This is to show that they consent to taking on this responsible role.
