Change or transfer a premises licence

You must apply if you want to make changes to an existing alcohol premises licence, including:

• changing your name and address
• changing the designated premises supervisor (DPS)
• making minor or major variations to your premises licence
• transferring or surrendering your premises licence
• submitting an interim authority notice on a lapsed premises licence

It’s a different process to apply for a new alcohol and entertainment premises licence.
