When the work is finished and the final costs agreed between the council and the contractor we review the total charges again.
For leaseholders we adjust your charge to reflect the actual cost of the work.
We'll send you a new invoice if you need to pay more or a credit note if you paid too much.
Freeholders who contribute to the major works service charge will receive an invoice once the work is completed.
