Service charge loan

We keep your loan separate from your main service charge account. 

We remove your debt from your service charge account and put it in a new account (the loan account). 

You must make payments towards each account. Always check details carefully so payments reach the right account.

You can request:

• a loan statement, redemption statement (how much is left to pay off) or balance
• a refund if you've paid off your loan and paid too much
