Struggling to pay?

Contact us straightaway for advice if you've fallen behind with payments or are struggling to pay. 

We’re keen to help and can talk you through your options. 

We can charge a fee for arrears (payments you've fallen behind on) to cover our admin costs. 

We'll charge the fee if you're in arrears 2 months running, or twice in 12 months. 

You could lose your home if you do not keep up with your repayments, so please do not ignore the problem.

Contacting you

We'll send you an arrears letter if you:

  • do not pay the agreed amount each month asking you to make a payment to clear the arrears
  • made a payment but it's missing, contact us with details and evidence of your payment, like your bank statement 
  • made a payment but it's not enough (interest rate changes will affect your repayment amount)

We always let you know about any rate changes and your new monthly repayment amount. 

If you're paying by standing order, you’ll need to change the amount yourself. We cannot do this for you.
